Our founder, Eugene Hooks has spent the past 15 years contributing to the development of people and projects across Australia. His passion is fuelled by stakeholder connection and collaboratively working to push boundaries to achieve high quality outcomes.

After several years operating in senior leadership capacity Eugene asked himself a question - “If I was in my final moments and in a state of reflection, would I be entirely satisfied?”

Platformed was founded as a vehicle to enable maximum impact for positive human experience. Eugene desires to have impact through applying proven frameworks and principles to the creation of amenity and coaching of organisations and people.

Critically he desires this organisation to be one of purpose. From the outset it has been designed with a measurable pledge - a commitment to paying back to the community in appreciation for services he received and was thankful for in his earlier years.

Eugene is experienced in leading and developing high performing teams and work settings. He understands the complexity of navigating challenges while motivating and celebrating established core project, organisational and individuals’ values.
